We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Due to the current high order volume and warehouse dispatch schedule, some orders may require additional processing time before shipment.

For certain batch-arranged items or during peak processing periods, dispatch may take up to 15β20 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided by email and uploaded to your order record as soon as it becomes available.
Please note that tracking information may take 3β7 business days to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is usually 10β15 business days, depending on the destination country, carrier processing, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Receiving Your Gift:Β Your package will likely be delivered by your local mail carrier along with your regular mail. If you're out adventuring when they arrive, they'll usually leave a friendly note explaining how you can pick up your delivery at a nearby location.
